i just got the call

my sister grace has been taken into labor and delivery!!! the word "excited" doesn't do this situation justice for many reasons:

• baby elloise will be the first baby for our family! spoiled baby, table for one...

• grace has been miserable sick with toxemia...those symptoms will subside after the baby is born

• i get to assume the role as aunt adie from now on!

• ellie will probably be the most beautiful baby subject i will be taking photos of
